Tomato & Basil Sauce

Just like the Marinara sauce, our Basil sauce adds to our dearest base some pepper, oregano and basil. The mix is different however. The basil is predominant in the sauce, a simple and delicate taste, one that talks about summer or spring, about lunch with the family, in the warm air and the sunny day. For the families in Campania, the basil sauce is the everyday go-to choice.

And that’s why we chose our basil for our sauces. We use only Neapolitan basil, the lettuce leaf basil, the one that during the summer lets our towns smell nice. To offer you our love and tradition for the sauce and the food.
